Where should I store my recovery key?

A recovery key consists of a combination of numbers and letters that you must record and keep track of yourself. You can use this key to access your account in the event that you lose your device.  If you write the key down, be sure to exactly copy the letters and numbers that are shown, and keep it somewhere safe that you’ll remember.

Note: Recovery codes can only be used once.  Each time a recovery code is used, a new code will be issued and the original code will not be able to be used a second time.
