Voice or Text Message

You can request a code be sent to your mobile device via SMS text message or automated voice call by selecting the "Voice or Text Message" option.  When you select this method, you'll be given the option to select whether you would prefer to receive the code by SMS text message or by automated voice call.

Text Message

If you choose to have the code sent via SMS text message, you'll simply receive a code that you can enter in the field provided.  It's important to note that the code expires in 15 minutes, so once the time expires, you'll need to request a new code.

Note: Standard text messaging rates may apply based on the your plan with your mobile phone carrier.

Voice Call

In the case that you use a landline or your device cannot accept text messages, you can choose to have the code delivered via voice call.  With this method, you'll receive a phone call at the phone number entered and an automated voice will read the code to you.  You can write the code down or type it directly into the field provided.  The code will expire 15-minutes after you answer the call.  If the time expires, you'll need to request a new code.
