Instead of re-uploading the document you used in Self-Service again for a video call, you may have the option to reuse a pre-approved document to verify your identity.

When you can reuse documents
You will have the option to reuse a previously approved document during a video call if:
- You uploaded a document during the self-service verification process and the document was approved.
- You failed self-service verification for a reason other than the document being rejected, and you were required to complete verification on a video call.
