At the beginning of your video call, you may ask for a Trusted Referee who speaks your language, including sign language for the hearing impaired. You may also choose to bring an adult translator, or other type of helper, with you to your video call.
ID.me has agents that speak the following languages: French, Arabic, Urdu, Mandarin, Korean, and American Sign Language. However, the number of bilingual Trusted Referees is limited, so your call may need to be rescheduled. ID.me continues to hire multilingual support in other languages so we can further meet the needs of our members.
Can I ask someone to help me on a Trusted Referee call?
