There are a few ways to verify your identity on a video call with a Video Chat Agent if you’re not able to complete the call in English:
- When a Video Chat Agent joins the video call, ask for an agent that speaks your language. If we have a Video Chat Agent that speaks your language and they are available at the time of your call, you will be transferred to complete verification. If we have a Video Chat Agent that speaks your language but they are not available, we will contact you when they are available.
- If we don’t have a Video Chat Agent that speaks your language, or if you don’t want to wait for a Video Chat Agent that speaks your language, you can have an in-person translator help you during the video call.
