According to our Terms of Service, you may have only one ID.me account. When you attempt to verify your identity or group affiliation a second time, you may see error messages like the ones below.
These errors indicate that you have already verified your identity on a different account, or verification may have expired. (For example, you may have previously verified for VA.gov, and now need to verify your identity for unemployment benefits.)
If you remember the email address and password you used in your previous verification, close the error message and sign in to your ID.me account with those credentials.
