- Qualifying low-income (135% or below of federal poverty guidelines)
- School Breakfast Program (SBP)
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- Tribal Head Start
- Tribal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
- Veterans and Survivors Pension Benefit
