After you verify your identity, you should hear from Florida DEO about the status of your claim for unemployment insurance (UI) and/or Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA).
If it has been more than 10 days since you completed verification, you can follow these steps.
1. Please go to https://account.id.me.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Click on the banner at the top of the screen that says: I have verified via ID.me, but my CONNECT account has been locked.
4. You will then be directed to the FL DEO CONNECT RA Help Center to directly request support from FL DEO.
