After you verify your identity, you should hear from Florida DEO about the status of your claim for unemployment insurance (UI) and/or Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA).
If it has been more than 10 days since you completed verification, you can follow these steps.
- Please go to https://account.id.me.
- Sign in to your account.
- Click on the banner at the top of the screen that says: "I verified via ID.me, but my state workforce agency hasn’t updated my claim."
Your information will be sent to Florida DEO for expedited follow-up.
