If you have recently verified your identity with ID.me as part of your unemployment insurance (UI) and/or Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA):
- Please go to https://account.id.me.
- Sign in to your account.
- Click on the banner at the top of the screen that says: "I verified via ID.me, but my state workforce agency hasn’t updated my claim."
Your information will be sent to the state workforce agency where you filed for expedited follow-up.
