Refreshing your screen will not cause you to lose your place in line.

Using Safari Browser
If you do not see a toolbar on your screen, simply scroll up or down to see it. |

Some browsers also allow you to 'pull' down from the top of the screen, then release.
Steps to refresh on Laptops and Computers:
Option 1: Select the ⟳ Refresh Button
At the top of your screen, look for the ⟳ Refresh button like the one below. Depending on the browser, you can normally locate the Refresh ⟳ button next to the URL address in the toolbar at the top of your screen.
Option 2: Use Your Keyboard
Mac Users
On your keyboard, hold down the command ⌘ key, then the R key, and then release both keys.
Windows PC Users
On your keyboard, hold down the CTRL key, then the R key, and then release both keys.
