During the verification process, you may see this error message: “Something isn’t right: We are unable to process your request”. While this error can be caused by several different issues, this article explains the next steps we recommend.
Contact ID.me Support
To contact ID.me Support:
- Go to the ID.me Contact Support page.
- Select Sign in with ID.me, then sign in to your account. For sign-in help, visit I can’t sign in to my account.
- Under the “What can we help you with” dropdown, select Troubleshooting my Verification.
- Select the partner or organization you are verifying for.
- Select I was told that my identity couldn’t be verified.
- Choose the most relevant step you last completed before the error message.
- In the text box, provide more details about your issue. Please be as detailed as possible.
- Select Submit.
Note: If you can’t sign in to your ID.me account or don’t have an account, on the Contact Support page, select I lost access to my ID.me account, then fill out the form.
