“Something isn’t right” error message

Common error messages

• Something went wrong

If you see an error message:

1. Troubleshoot your internet connection and browser
   1. Make sure you have a strong internet connection or wifi signal. 
   2. Update your browser to ensure you’re using the latest version.
   3. Clear your browser’s cookies and cache.
   4. Try using a different device.
2. Retry the steps you were trying to complete.
