How do I change my e-mail address?

To change your the email address on the account, please follow these steps:


1.  Sign in to your Wallet

Visit and sign in to your account.



2.  Go to your Settings page




3.  Click "Account"





Once you are in the Account Settings page, click "EDIT" next to the Email category, then enter the email address that you wish to change to and then enter the password for the account.  After entering the password, click "Update".


Note:  If there is already an active account using the email address you wish to change to, you will need to delete that account first, and wait for the account to be purged.  The account deletion process takes 7 days to complete and cannot be bypassed by our Member Support Team.
