Confirmation vs. Verification

Members are asked to "Confirm" their e-mail address after creating their account. This one-time step ensures that the individual creating an account is using a valid e-mail address that they have access to. This is also an additional layer of security for your account. Members will receive an e-mail from titled "Welcome To Your Digital Wallet – Confirm Your Account" after an account is created.

Note:  If you do not receive the "Confirmation Instructions" e-mail on the day you created your account, you may have entered your e-mail address incorrectly, or it may have been filtered into your SPAM/Junk email folder.

The term "Verified" means that a member has proven their group affiliation (military, first responder, student, teacher) via an authorized online method, or by presentation of approved documentation. The verification process ensures our partners are protected from fraudulent access to discounts. Only verified members are able to access affiliation linked discounts with our partners.  

Note:  Members can be verified under more than one affiliation in order to access additional discounts. After the first affiliation verification has been completed during sign up, you may verify additional affiliations via your Account Setting page.
