In most cases, cash back rewards are credited to your account within 3 business days. However, some stores can't/won't confirm your purchase until their return period has expired and may take up to 45 days to confirm your cash back reward.
If, after two (2) weeks, you don't see a purchase you made, please contact Member Support and we'll get to the bottom of it. You must contact us within 60 days of your purchase for us to retain the right to file an inquiry with the merchant.
Note: If you made your purchase in advance of your use (as is often the case with travel expenses like hotels, airlines, rental cars, etc…), you won’t see the cash back credit until after you have concluded your trip. Travel industry vendors place a hold on your card at the time of purchase, but do not charge your card until your travel has concluded. For travel services you must file a report within 60 days of the end of your trip.
