Usually, Cash Back rewards are visible in your account within 3 business days.
However, some retailers do not confirm your purchase until their return period has expired, and may take up to 60 days.
If you don't see a purchase in your account within 2 weeks, you have 60 days to file a dispute.
To report missing Cash Back:
- Visit your ID.me Shop account.
- In the upper right corner, click the My Cash button
- In the Next Payment section, fill out the fields under Report Missing Cash Back, then Submit.
NOTE: For some travel-related purchases (for example, air fare or car rental), Cash Back will be paid after you complete your trip. If a travel-related purchase does not appear in your account, follow the steps above to Report Missing Cash Back.
