ID.me receives all of your purchase information directly from retailers. There are a few reasons you may see a deduction in your cash back account balance:
- The item purchased was returned or the order was cancelled. Cash back cannot be issued for items that have been returned.
- The item purchased was exchanged. If the replaced item is ordered through the ID.me Shop, then cash back can still be rewarded.
