There is a deduction in my account balance receives all of your purchase information directly from our participating partners. If there is a deduction in your account balance, it could be because of a few things:

  • The item purchased was returned or the order was cancelled. Cash back cannot be issued for items that have been returned.
  • The item purchased was exchanged. If the replaced item is ordered through the Marketplace, then cash back is rewarded.
