ID.me pays Cash Back to members via PayPal after the end of each quarter, using the schedule below:

(If you earned less than $10 Cash Back in a given Purchase Period, the amount is rolled into the next period for payout.)
Usually, Cash Back is credited to your account within three business days of your purchase. However, some stores do not confirm your purchase until their return period has expired, and may take up to 45 days to confirm your Cash Back reward.
If you don't see a purchase in your account within two weeks, you have 60 days to file a dispute.
Steps to file a dispute:
- Visit your ID.me Shop account.
- In the upper right corner, click the My Cash button
- In the Next Payment section, fill out the fields under Report Missing Cash Back, then Submit.
For some travel-related purchases (like air fare, car rental, etc.), Cash Back may not be issued until after your trip. For inquiries about these purchases, follow the steps above to Report Missing Cash Back within 60 days of the end of your trip.
