I didn't receive cash back for a purchase I made this quarter

The most likely reason is that your purchase didn't settle by the end of the quarter. If the purchase was made within the last couple weeks of a quarter the merchant may not have issued a payment to us, due to a settlement time they require to allow for returns an other issues to clear. This payment will be issued with your payment the following quarter.

Other potential issues could exist based on the qualifications of the purchase. To qualify all purchases must be made through a link from the ID.me Marketplace, if a deal is found through our Marketplace and purchased later, directly with the retailer, you will not qualify for cash back. Additionally, layering coupons/deals may affect qualification for the purchase, be sure to check the retailers Terms & Conditions before using multiple coupons or rebate offers.
