How can I be notified of new brands working with ID.me?

In order to be notified about any new brands that partner with ID.me, you'll need to enable notification e-mails. In accordance with our company core values to empower you to control your own information, we are unable to manually add or remove email subscriptions on your behalf.

Step 1:   Sign in to your ID.me account:

 

Step 2:  Click "Settings" in the ID.me Wallet Menu Bar.

 

Step 3:  Click the "Account" tab.

 

Step 4:  Select “Edit” to see your subscriptions.

 

Step 5:  Click "Subscribed” to save your change.

 

 Once you have completed this process, you'll be subscribed from our e-mail list.  Please note that our e-mails are schedule in advance and it may take up to 3 days for the change to take effect.
