When adding tickets, please make sure after selecting the ticket quantities, you are clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
If you are trying to add tickets to your cart and nothing is happening, then either either you have already claimed tickets for the year or the browser/mobile device you are using is not compatible with SeaWorld’s ticketing software. Please make sure you are using a computer with the most updated browsers.
ID.me is unable to view the SeaWorld ticketing system in order to view completed ticket orders and is unable to re-send voucher e-mails, re-print tickets, change names on tickets, or determine if tickets have already been redeemed. Completed ticket orders can be viewed within the SeaWorld account you created during the checkout process; that is separate from your ID.me account however you may have used the same email address and password. If you did not create a SeaWorld account or if you are unable to see a precious ticket transaction, please contact SeaWorld Guest Relations and provide your email address in order to have the email re-sent.
