If you don't have your printed tickets, not to worry! All parks are mobile-enabled, so you can simply go to Guest Services and show them the Order Confirmation e-mail that you received after completing your order on the SeaWorld website. The Guest Services Agent can look up your order using the order number and will be able to print the tickets for you.
ID.me does not have access to parks ticketing system and is unable to re-send voucher e-mails, re-print tickets, change names on tickets, etc. If you have any non-verification related questions, please contact Guest Relations at 1-888-800-5447.
