Typically, this will often happen with Active-Drilling Reservists, National Guardsmen, and accounts verified as "Military Spouse". If you are currently serving on Active Duty but are verified as a Veteran or are only seeing the Veteran offers on the Waves of Honor website, we will need you to submit a copy of your most recent LES in order to update your status.
Your LES can be obtained from the MyPay website without a CAC Reader. Once you have the LES, you can e-mail email@example.com with the document attached. If you do not have access to your MyPay account, you can also submit a copy of your military orders or a copy of an ERB/ORB.
NOTE: To ensure that we can process your request as quickly as possible, please submit your documentation as an attachment from the e-mail address you used to create your ID.me account. If you are unable to access that e-mail address, please note the email address in the body of your e-mail.
