What do I do if I cannot see the SeaWorld tickets after I verify?

Typically, this will often happen with Active-Drilling Reservists, National Guardsmen, and accounts verified as "Military Spouse".  If you are currently serving on Active Duty but are verified as a Veteran or are only seeing the Veteran offers on the Waves of Honor website, we will need you to submit a copy of your most recent LES in order to update your status.

Your LES can be obtained from the MyPay website without a CAC Reader.  Once you have the LES, you can update your affiliation by clicking this link. This will allow you to re-verify your affiliation by uploading a copy of a recent Leave & Earnings Statement (LES) which shows your current Active Duty, National Guard, or Reserve status.


NOTE: The check date for the LES needs to be within the past month. Once we receive your LES and it is approved you will then be able to return to the Waves of Honor site to complete your ticket order
