ID.me is unable to view the SeaWorld ticketing system in order to view your completed order and is unable to resend voucher emails, reprint tickets, change names on tickets, etc. Completed ticket orders can be viewed within the SeaWorld account you created during the checkout process; this account is separate from your ID.me account.
You can sign back into your SeaWorld account in order to view your tickets by clicking here.
There is a password reset link on that page if you have forgotten the password you entered during the checkout process on the billing information page.
If you need ticketing assistance once you arrive at the park you can visit Guest Services, which is located just inside the park to the right of the Main Entrance or contact SeaWorld Guest Relations. More park information can be found on SeaWorld's website.
