Who do I contact if I have problems with my SeaWorld tickets?

ID.me is unable to view the SeaWorld ticketing system in order to view your completed order and is unable to re-send voucher e-mails, re-print tickets, change names on tickets, etc. Completed ticket orders can be viewed within the SeaWorld account you created during the checkout process; that is separate from your ID.me account however you may have used the same email address and password.

There is a password reset link on that page if you have forgotten the password you entered during the checkout process on the billing information page.

If you need ticketing assistance once you arrive at the park you can visit Guest Services, which is located just inside the park to the right of the Main Entrance or contact SeaWorld Guest Relations. More park information can be found on SeaWorld's website.
