FEVO works with ID.me to verify fans' identities and community affiliation, ensuring only real fans, not scalpers and bots, can access FEVO tickets, events, and offers. This article explains how to use ID.me for FEVO.
Get started
To buy tickets or sign up for an event or offer with FEVO that requires ID.me verification, you’ll first need to unlock your access by selecting the Verify with ID.me button. From there, you will be directed to ID.me to sign in with your existing account or verify for the first time.
Select the appropriate tab below for step-by-step instructions.
If you are an existing ID.me member, do not create another account.
If you already have a verified ID.me account, sign in to your ID.me account, then share your information with FEVO.
Sign in and share your information
To consent to share your information with FEVO:
- Go to the ticket site, form, or email that prompted you to verify with ID.me and select Verify with ID.me.
Note: Not all FEVO purchases require ID.me. - Sign in to your ID.me account and complete multi-factor authentication (MFA), if necessary.
- If required, follow the prompts to provide any additional information.
- From the “Authorize” screen, review the information that FEVO will receive, then select Allow to consent to share that information with them.
- You will be redirected to FEVO to complete your purchase.
If you do not have an ID.me account, you must create an account using your personal email. After that, you will verify your identity or community affiliation to access the FEVO tickets, events, or programs that require verification. You only need to verify your identity or affiliation once—then you can use your ID.me login at FEVO and anywhere else ID.me is accepted.
To verify for FEVO, you’ll need to:
- Create an ID.me account using your personal email address
- Add multi-factor authentication (MFA) to protect your account
- Verify using your phone number or a government-issued photo ID (U.S. driver’s license, state ID, passport or passport card)

Troubleshooting
Trouble verifying my phone number
If you’re unable to verify your identity with your phone number, select Try with a different method or upload your government-issued ID when prompted. This allows you to upload a document photo instead.
Trouble verifying my identity document
If you’re unable to verify your identity with your identity document, try again with a different document type or different image of your document. If that doesn’t work, select Try with a different method when prompted. This allows you to verify using your phone number.
I live outside of the United States and don’t have a US phone number
During verification, choose the identity document upload option, then submit a photo of your identity document. You can use your international passport.
I don’t have a smartphone
If you don’t have a smartphone with internet access and a working camera, you can complete your verification by uploading additional documents and joining an extended video call.
