Returns and cancellations are subject to the return policy of the store from which you made the purchase. Please refer to the individual retailer website or your receipt for more details.
If you return, cancel, or exchange an order, you will not be eligible for cash back from that purchase. When making a change to an order, retailers regularly cancel the online order through the ID.me Shop and enter a new one that is not associated with your ID.me account. Without the ID.me connection on this new order, no cash back is earned. This applies to returns, cancellations, and exchanges made in-store as well.
To earn cash back on an exchange, you must cancel the order completely for a refund, and make the replacement purchase through the ID.me Shop.
