If you can’t remember your current password to access your ID.me account, you can have reset instructions sent to your email address.
To reset your password:
1. Visit ID.me.
2. Click My Account in the upper right corner of the screen, then click Sign In.
3. Then click the Forgot Password link below. Follow the prompts in the email we send to the address in your profile. Click here for additional password reset instructions.
(NOTE: Your case-sensitive password must be at least 8 characters long, and contain at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one number.)
