If identity verification is unsuccessful, it means that we were unable to match the information you provided with the electronic records we use for verification. On your next unsuccessful verification attempt, look for a button that says Verify identity on a video call.
This enables you to participate in a Trusted Referee video call. Trusted Referees are trained and certified member support employees who will help you verify your identity.
Follow the prompts to upload your identity documents. You must have the physical copies of documents with you for the video call. (Or use the Save and Return Later button. This button does not keep your place in line, but it does give you a link to use to come back at another time. When you return, you will re-enter at the back of the queue.)
We will then send you a link you use to take and submit a selfie to further verify your identity.
Enter the video call via Facetime, Google Meet, or Zoom. During the video call, you will confirm your personal information with the Trusted Referee and show them your documents to complete the process.
Once your identity verification and medical credential check is completed you will continue registration in iPrescribe.
