If you change your mobile phone (for example, if you deactivate or upgrade your phone, or change phone providers), you may need to update the multi-factor authentication (MFA) settings in your ID.me account.
At sign-in, you will see a screen like the one below, asking for your current MFA method.
Instead of clicking Continue, look for the link at the bottom to Update your settings here, and follow the prompts.
