If you can’t remember your current password to access your ID.me account, you can have reset instructions sent to your email address.
To reset your password:
1. Visit ID.me.
2. Click My Account in the upper right corner of the screen, then click Sign In.
3. Then click the Forgot Password link below. You will be prompted to provide your email address; then follow the prompts in the email to reset your password.
Your case-sensitive password must be at least 8 characters long, and contain at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one number.
