Accounts may be suspended for various reasons, including to protect your account. If you believe your account was suspended by mistake, you can request a review. This article explains how to contact ID.me Support to review your suspended account.
To request a review of your account:
- Go to the ID.me Contact Support page.
- In the “Email address used with ID.me” and “Email address we should use to contact you” fields, enter the email on your suspended account.
Note: If you can't access to the email on your suspended account, we won't be able to review your account. To continue using ID.me, please create a new account with an email you have access to.
- Enter your first and last name.
- From the “Select your issue” drop-down menu, select My account is suspended.
- Enter any additional information in the "Description" field.
- Select Submit to send your request.
After you submit the form, you will receive an email from ID.me Support with next steps for your account review.
