Accounts may be suspended for various reasons, including to protect your account. If you believe your account was suspended by mistake, you can request a review. This article explains how to contact ID.me Support to review your suspended account.
To request a review of your account:
- Visit ID.me Contact Support page
Go to the ID.me Contact Support page.
- Enter your email address
In the “Email address used with ID.me” and “Email address we should use to contact you” fields, enter the email on your suspended account.
Note: If you don’t have access to the email on your suspended account, provide the best email address to contact you.
- Select Account suspended
From the “Why can't you access your account?” drop-down menu, select Account suspended.
- Submit your request
Select Submit to send your request.
After you submit the form, you will receive an email from ID.me Support with next steps for your account review.
