Your account can be suspended for a variety of reasons. When an account is suspended, you won’t be able to sign in to your account. To regain access to your account:
- Go to Contact ID.me Support.
- Enter your email address, and first and last name.
- In the “Why can't you access your account?” dropdown, select Account suspended.
- In the “Description” field, enter any other details.
- Select Submit.
