When you book airline, hotel, car, or other travel bookings through ID.me Shop, cash back may not be credited until after your trip is completed.
Even if your credit card is billed at the time of booking, the travel company must still confirm that the travel has taken place before ID.me is credited for your booking. After you have completed your travel and we have received confirmation from the travel company that your trip is completed, your cash back for eligible travel purchases will be credited.

Report missing cash back if a travel-related purchase does not appear in your account within 6 months of the completion of your travel.
