Yes, you can reschedule your In-Person Verification appointment if you missed it. To do so, return to the email with the link to reschedule your in-person appointment. By clicking the link and re-entering your information, you will be able make another appointment at a participating The UPS Store location.
You may also walk-in to any of the participating The UPS Store locations that offer IPV services. If you do not have a scheduled appointment, there may be an extended wait time.
Currently, ID.me In-Person Verification is invite-only for select state workforce agencies.
