Steps to submit a help ticket:

2. Fill out the form with your information.Please enter the email address associated with your ID.me account. |

3. Type a subject that describes your situation.Include that you are missing documents, and do your best to keep your response short. Our ticket system will suggest help articles based on your response. |

4. Select "I Need Help Getting Verified" in the “How can we help you?” dropdown menu. |

5. Select the organization you are verifying for in the “Where do you need to be verified?” dropdown menu.For example, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). |

6. Add a description of the issue you’re running into.Be sure to include as many relevant details as possible. |

7. Press the check box under "Verify My Email" to confirm that the email you entered is your own. |
