If you are a call center representative, public librarian, or community center volunteer, you may be asked to assist a member in verifying their identity with ID.me. Depending on where the member is verifying, you will need:
- Driver's License, State ID, Passport, or Passport Card
- Social Security number
- Email address
- Mobile device with Internet access and a camera
- Computer or laptop (optional)
After completing verification, the member will need to share their information with state and federal governments, agencies, or another partner, depending on the service integration they are requesting.
