Steps to clear cache on Google Chrome mobile browser:

Open the Chrome app.

Tap the horizontal three dots icon ••• in the bottom-right corner of the screen. You may have to scroll up or down to reveal this icon.

Select History, then Clear Browsing Data.

Make sure there’s a checkmark next to "Cached Images and Files." Tap OK in the top right corner.

Close the Chrome app.

Reopen the Chrome app.

Return to ID.me and continue your identity verification.

Steps to clear cache on Google Chrome desktop browser:

Open Chrome.

Click the vertical three dots icon ⋮ in the top-right corner of the browser window.

Select More Tools, then Clear Browsing Data.

Make sure there’s a checkmark next to "Cached Images and Files." Click Clear Data.

Close all browser tabs and windows.

Reopen your browser.

Return to ID.me and continue your verification.
