You may be asked to log in to your ID.me account when submitting a ticket to ID.me Support. This extra step helps our agents tailor their support to your particular case; you will also be able to log in and review the status of your support ticket.
To login & submit a help ticket
1. Select Contact Support. |

2. Sign in to your ID.me account.To request help on behalf of someone else, select Can’t login or don’t have an account button and select the don’t have an account option. Provide the email address of the person who needs assistance and include a description of the issue they are encountering in the description box. |

3. Fill out the support ticket using the drop down menus provided and select Submit. |

Your ticket has been submitted. You can review the status of your ticket at any point by logging into your ID.me account and navigating to the CONTACT SUPPORT page on the ACTIVE REQUESTS tab. |
