If you created an ID.me account using a work email, be sure to add a second, personal email address, and make it your primary email. This is important since you will need access to your primary email address to make account updates such as resetting your password or updating your MFA methods.
Your email address is your user name. This means that as long as you know your password, you don't need access to this email to log in to your account.
If you can’t remember the original password, or no longer have access to the multi-factor authentication method you originally set up, contact ID.me Member Support.
