Several cities in the United States work with ID.me to verify the identity of residents who apply for discounts offered by city county owned golf courses. You can prove your residency in a city or county with the following documents:
City of Houston
- Texas driver's license or ID card
- Current homeowners’ or renters’ insurance policy, statement, or card
- Utility or residential service bill, dated within 90 days of the application date (for example, electric, water, gas, internet, or cable)
- Valid, unexpired registration: Texas voter registration card, motor vehicle registration or title, boat registration or title
- Current automobile insurance policy, statement, or card
- Texas high school, college, or university report card or transcript for the current school year
- Valid, unexpired concealed handgun license or license to carry
- Property tax bill
City of San Diego
- California driver's license with a City of San Diego address, or change of address card issued and stamped by the Department of Motor Vehicles
- Vehicle registration card
- Property tax bill attachment - official corp docs
- Property tax bill attachment - official trust docs
- Property tax bill - San Diego
- Full-time student class schedules from:
- Mesa College
- Miramar College
- Point Loma Nazarene University
- San Diego City College
- San Diego State
- University of California, San Diego
- University of San Diego
Monmouth County
- Valid New Jersey photo driver’s license with a Monmouth County street address (digital IDs and paper DLs are not acceptable)
- Current residential property tax bill with the applicant’s name and Monmouth County street address
- Yearly residential lease AND one of the following:
- Valid driver’s license
- Last year’s golf pass
- Vehicle registration card
- Voter registration
- New Jersey hunting and/or fishing license with name and street address that match the first form of ID used
Encinitas and Cardiff by the Sea
- California state driver’s license with a 92007 or 92024 zip code (digital IDs and paper DLs are not acceptable)
- Utility bill, dated within the last 2 months
- Property tax bill, for the current year
