My discount isn’t working
The military discount doesn’t apply to all Lowe’s products. Review the Lowe’s Military Discount Program Terms to find a list of excluded items. If the item you’re purchasing is on the excluded list, your 10% discount won’t apply.
Keep in mind, discounts also won’t be applied if you don’t verify your Lowe’s online account, have an incorrect phone number, or have a MyLowe’s PRO account.
Common issues when verifying with ID.me or Lowe’s.
ID.me rejected my military documents
If the military documents you uploaded to ID.me were rejected, make sure you upload an acceptable military document.
I haven’t verified my Lowe’s account
If you verified your military status using ID.me but didn't verify your Lowe’s account, you won’t receive the discount. Make sure you have a MyLowe’s Personal Account and that you verify your primary street address.
MyLowe’s account issues
Below are common issues you may have with your MyLowe’s accounts and how to fix them.
Sign in to your MyLowe’s account
Make sure to sign in to your MyLowe’s Personal Account to get the military discount when shopping online.
Confirm your discount was verified
You can also check if your account is military-verified, by selecting the “My Account” section with your name on it on the top right. It should say Military Discount Verified.
Your phone number is incorrect
If the discount isn’t being applied in-store, make sure the phone number you provided when creating your MyLowe’s account is correct. To update your number:
- Log in to your MyLowe’s Personal Account.
- Select your account.
- Select Dashboard.
- Edit your address. If your phone number is not correct, update the number. If you’re not able to update your phone number, contact Lowe’s at 1-800-445-6937.
You only have an in-store account
You must have an online MyLowe’s account to receive the military discount. If you only have an in-store profile, follow the steps to Verify for Lowe’s military discount. During this process, you will be prompted to create a MyLowe’s online account.
MyLowe’s PRO account
MyLowe’s PRO accounts are not eligible for the military discount.
Multiple MyLowe’s accounts
If you have more than one MyLowe’s Account, only one of them can be military-verified. If a previously military verified account is still active, the system won’t let you verify for a new one. Contact Lowe’s at 1-800-445-6937 if you need help identifying or deleting your old Lowe’s accounts.
