Several factors may cause your medical verification attempt to be unsuccessful. This article explains issues you may have and how to fix them.
Information not accepted
The personal or medical information you entered during the medical verification process may not have matched the records we use for verification. To get verified, you may need to upload acceptable medical documentation.
Documents were rejected
If the documents you upload during verification were rejected, we will send you an email with details about why they were rejected. Make sure the document you upload:
- Uses our document photo best practices.
- Includes your first and last name.
- Matches the document type you chose. For example, if you choose a medical license as the document type, make sure you upload a clear image of your medical license.
- Include all of the information needed for verification. This varies based on the document you choose to upload.
