Tip: Your document must include your first and last name, the name of your school, and the semester you're enrolled in.
Accepted documents for U.S. students
If you’re a U.S. student, you can verify with one of the following:
- Student ID (Digital student IDs may be accepted)
- Enrollment letter or certification from your school’s Registrar
- Acceptance letter or email
- Current class schedule (Future semester schedule is also accepted)
- Transcript (official or unofficial) or student record
- Form I-20 (Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Student Status)
- F-1 Student Visa
Accepted documents for Canadian students
Canadian students can use the same documents as outlined above, except for Form I-20 and the F-1 student visa.
Unacceptable student documents
Unacceptable student documents include:
- Expired IDs
- Certificates
- Degrees
- Enrollment agreements
