Several factors may cause your alumni verification attempt to be unsuccessful, even before you upload identifying documents. This article explains issues you may have and how to fix them.
Information not accepted
The personal or alumni information you enter during the alumni verification process may not match the records we use for verification. To get verified, you may need to upload acceptable alumni documentation.
Documents were rejected
If the documents you upload during verification were rejected, we will send you an email with details about why they were rejected. Make sure the document you upload:
- Uses our document photo best practices.
- Has your full name, degree information, or year you graduated.
