ID.me offers two routes to verification for Employee ID:
Use an Employee Email Address
This option is available to company employees who have access to an employee email account. After you submit your information, a verification link will be sent to the employee email address provided. Once you receive that link and click on it (or copy and paste the manual link into your browser) your account will be verified.
Upload Employee Documentation
If you have a digital (scanned) copy of one of the documents listed below, you may submit it for review.
The following documents can verify your employee status:
- ID Card
- Offer Letter
- Certificate of Employment
NOTE: There are multiple ways of getting a copy of your paper documentation on to your computer in a digital format, such as using a scanner or taking a picture with a smartphone or tablet and emailing it to yourself.
NOTE: Documents are processed in the order that they are received 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
