ID.me offers two options for verifying your status as a Hospital Employee:
1. Use an employee email address:
This option is available to hospital employees who have access to a hospital employee email account. After you submit your information, a verification link will be sent to the hospital employee email address provided. Once you receive that link and click on it (or copy and paste the manual link into your browser) your account will be verified.
NOTE: This option requires that you have immediate access to your hospital employee email account.
2. Use an employee document:
If you have a digital (scanned) copy of one of the documents listed below, you may submit it to verify your employee status:
- ID Card (NOTE: Must show at a minimum your first name and last name, first initial and last name, or first name and initial as a last name.)
- Offer Letter
- Certificate of Employment
NOTE: We do not accept business cards or pictures of individuals dressed in medical clothing as a form of verification.
NOTE: There are multiple ways of getting a copy of your paper documentation on to your computer in a digital format, such as using a scanner or taking a picture with a smartphone or tablet and emailing it to yourself.
NOTE: Documents are processed in the order that they are received 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
