There are two ways to download the ID.me Authenticator app:

How you sign in depends on MFA method you’ve set up:
Change settings in the ID.me Authenticator app
To change settings in your app:
- Open the ID.me Authenticator app on your device.
- Select the “≡” hamburger icon in the upper right corner to open the menu.
From the menu, you can change the following settings:
- Touch ID or Face ID: Enable or disable biometric access using your device's fingerprint or facial recognition.
- Dark Theme: Toggle between dark or light mode for the app's appearance.
- Show Date Added: Display or hide the date you added a code generator. This is useful if you've added several code generators.
- Submit Support Request: Contact ID.me Support.
